I am a seasoned attorney and investigator, good at combining careful fact finding with authentic human connection and empathy. Workplace complaints require detailed, methodical and well-documented investigation; at the same time, people at work require meaningful conflict resolution and practical ways to move forward. I am a skilled mediator, with training in equity and trauma-informed approaches. Investigations are an opportunity for real listening and for feeling heard, but it takes intention and experience to bring that energy to a process that also calls for detail and examination.

My experience resolving conflicts both inside and outside of courtroom and arbitration settings has equipped me with the ability to meet moments of complexity and high emotion with grounding and attunement.
